Es un festival multidisciplinario sin fines de lucro, organizado desde el año 2003 por Círculo Cultural Arcano A.C. Se realiza a lo largo de una semana entre los meses de septiembre a noviembre en la isla de Cozumel, Quintana Roo (México).
